Leadership Coaching

Apogee Results Coaching is a guided way of getting from “Point A to Point B” on a personal or professional goal in the shortest, most effective, and long-lasting way. 

We help you improve thinking and develop new habits to support your goals using a coaching methodology that is:

  • Outcome driven focusing on setting and achieving clear objectives

  • Process focused with a clearly articulated and well-structured process

How It Works:

We work together to clearly define a goal, craft a step-by-step plan, explore some helpful tools and skills, create new habits, and sometimes just think differently about a challenge. We build on your values, attributes and skills, turning them into the superpowers you need to achieve your new goals.

The program starts with an exploration of your values and how you (and all humans!) are wired for change. You clarify your goals and we co-create an action plan. Then we’ll meet every two weeks to keep you moving forward.  And, we’ll wrap-up with a defined plan to lock in and sustain the new skills and habits once our session are complete.


Ten+ Sessions/4 Modules

Discovery & Goal Setting

To start, we’ll name and define your values. Then, you’ll clarify your specific goals for the program, and we’ll co-create an action plan that includes learning, practice, and reflection.

Essential Skills & Tools

Together we’ll explore your choice of up to three essential leadership skills. (For example: Epic Listening/Powerful Questions, Art & Science of Feedback, Influencing Change.)

Traction Sessions

This is where the real work of change happens! In each session, we’ll dive deeper into topics of your choice, celebrate achievements, acknowledge setbacks, and recalibrate the plan as needed.

Completion

Turn your new skills into habits. This module includes a final assessment of your goal pursuit, a plan to sustain and expand what you’ve accomplished, identifying potential roadblocks, and a celebration of what you’ve learned.


Time Well Spent

Ten, live sessions with your coach - ideally held every two weeks - plus up to an hour per week of self-paced discovery, practice, and reflection. You should be able to complete the program in about three months. We will customize the schedule based on your needs, but the schedule often looks like:

  • Three, 90-minute sessions to discover goals, plan action steps, and co-create tools for bringing about the change are pursuing

  • Six, 60-minute “traction sessions” to both explore and integrate the learning into your specific goals.

  • One, 90-minute “completion session” to set an action and accountability plan to keep pursuing your goal.

In most cases, this form of coaching begins to weave into your everyday life almost immediately. So, you can think of it not so much as time away in a classroom, but real time coaching while you are in the game!

The program is a fusion of training, research and hands-on experience with:

  • International Coaching Federation training, mentoring, and accreditation at the ACC level.

  • Effective tools I learned and developed while facilitating leadership and organizational development programs for a wide variety of organizations - from a large airline to a local youth symphony – and many individuals in them and in-between. It also includes experiences culled from 20+ years executive leadership in several organizations. 

  • Training and certification in the Results Coaching System TM, a brain-based coaching program developed by the NeuroLeadership Institute.
